Noel's Sanctuary
Noel's Sanctuary is a settlement in the Uncanny Valley, set up around the ruins of the first magic school on Reverie. It is run by Noel, who primarily uses it as an animal sanctuary, but allows travelers to stay as well. Many of the side quests in Act IV are found here, as well as some of the most powerful armor and weapons in the game.
Notable locations
Shop stalls
At the west side of the sanctuary several shop stalls are set up. Rafael sells general goods and treasure maps, Libra sells spell books and Mint sells weapons and armor.
Tavern & Inn
A building on the east side of the sanctuary contains a tavern and inn run by Vicky. The party can rest here for 100g, as well as find several colorful characters to interact with.
Small island
The middle of the sanctuary contains a small lake, and within it a smaller island accessible via bridge. The magician Fawna is found here.
Ruins
At the north edge of the sanctuary there are several ancient ruins. The archeologist Yasmine is examining one, while Noel uses the other as a place to put the rewards for finding their lost critters. The ruins appear to be from the first magic school on Reverie built over a thousand years ago.
