Noel is a plant elemental that looks after critters around the forests on Sapphire Islands. The party can first meet them in Amber Woods, and later on at their animal sanctuary in the Uncanny Valley in Act IV, where they'll give you a side quest to look for 8 missing critters.
If Melody has chosen the woodland paladin specialization, Noel serves as her mentor during the Paladin training side-quest.
