Hugh Mann

Hugh Mann is one of the many characters hanging around in Noel's Sanctuary. He is a sensationalist news reporter looking for a scoop, and is joined by his producer and cameraman. He is somewhat of a diva and demands that things be catered to his whims, such as using is cameraman as a personal assistant to fetch him low-calorie potions from Rafael, despite no such thing existing.
