Jodie's Shield (Quest)
Jodie's Shield is a side quest obtainable in Act IV by talking to Mint at Noel's Sanctuary in the Uncanny Valley. It involves finding the materials to create an unique shield for Jodie.
Walkthrough
Before you can start the quest, you need to talk with Mint. She's at the shop stalls, immediately to the left of the main entrance to Noel's Sanctuary. Select "Talk", then "Introduction", and she will talk about her blacksmithing skills and her friendship with Jodie. The conversation will give Jodie an idea, making another "Quest" option appear under the dialogue tree.
When talking about the quest, Jodie will ask Mint to make her a special shield. Mint agrees, but says she needs a special 
Metal Ore to make it happen. You are now tasked with finding said ore on your own.
Your next step is to talk with Rafael, who is running a shop stall immediately to the north of Mint. He sells some 
treasure maps for 
500 a piece, with one of them leading to the Metal Ore. Buy Treasure Map 3, and now you can hunt for the ore.
The map shows a location within the Polychrome Caverns, with an X on the map showing a spot with markings on the floor indicating where it is hidden. Go into the cave and make your way to the large room at the third floor. The spot is immediately north of the save spot and rope. Interact with the ground here, and you will dig up the ore.
Now you simply make your way back to Mint and give her the ore. She will then create Jodie's shield and you will complete the quest.
