Nef is a resident of Mumford in the Celestial Wasteland. She is first encountered out in the wild as a enemy mob, but is later befriended when entering the town and finding out she attacked your party due to a misunderstanding. While most of the town is into dressing up and acting as cowboys, Nef has a strong urge to go her own way and as such dresses more casually and comfortably.

She gets involved in the main quest, helping the party infiltrate the Neon Labyrinth that Javis uses as a base of operations in the wasteland. She also plays a big part of the side quest related to The Crypt in Act IV.
