Moneybags, or Spend for short, is a spellbook allowing the wearer to cast spells that consumes gold rather than MP. It's only available from Libra in Noel's Sanctuary.

Gold Gun - 50
Fires off a volley of gold coins at the target to deal physical damage. Who needs money anyways?
Shiny Distraction - 200
Scatter gold coins on the ground to distract all enemies, lowering their accuracy rate by 50% for three turns.
Emergency Healthcare - 300
The best healthcare money can buy! Fully revives a fallen party member, in exchange for gold.
