Pyramid Blade is a sword that can be found in an optional room in the Neon Labyrinth. It has a powerful boost to physical damage, and can only be wielded by Allison as she calls dibs on it when the party finds it.

Trivia

• It could be a Silent Hill reference; the infamous monster Pyramid Head is known for wielding a great blade, going with the big sword and pyramid motif. When found, the other party members will comment on how it might not be a good idea to use something found in a corrupted alternate reality, also mirroring comments made by the protagonist of Silent Hill 3.
