Mona's Notes: This Helper Jelly is quite the renaissance woman. She's been a healer, an artist, and now has proclaimed herself as 'Verena's strongest soldier.'
The quad-missile launcher is enough of a problem on its own, but that helmet seems to have been enchanted to make her nigh-invulnerable. Only your Star Power attacks can break through her defenses.
Jodie's Notes: I still wouldn't call her 'Verena's strongest soldier, but you have to admire that tenacity.
