Bestiary Description
Mona's Notes: Color Wheels have the ability to swap the color palettes of both objects and living things. They seem to act as decorators for Javis's colorful bases, but it's possible they also use this ability in combat as some sort of mind game. Their wheels can even be used for slicing buzzsaw attacks.
Color Wheels are weak to water damage. Use this to your advantage, and don't get too distracted by their shenanigans.
